Here's to year number 3

It’s been 3 years since Colby almost didn’t show up to our wedding J.  Long story short he didn’t wake up, but I’m glad he made it cause I’d be real sad if I didn’t have him in my life.
I look forward to our anniversary’s cause Colby is the best at making our day special.
After work, Colby came to pick me up to go to a fancy restaurant up Milcreek Canyon.  I am not a fan of fancy places because as a young couple you feel out of place and they let you know it too.  Oh well, Colby thrives on it, and we don’t do it often, anyway it sure was pretty.
After dinner we opened eachothers presents.
Colby lost his ring a little over a month ago and has been wearing his CTR ring in place.  So I got him his new ring

Love this series of pictures, Colby thought
this was a girly way to show his ring
So he looked like he was going to take me out instead
3rd year tradition is something leather, so Colby got me some Cowboy boots. Love them.
And even better, he had me put the Cowboy boots on to go to our private Country Dancing lessons in SLC.
It was so much fun.  We were definitely beginners, but it was fun to spend time together and laugh at each other as we tried to dance.

This is our cheesy dance picture.  Colby didn't want to do
our regular side by side pose so our instructor posed us

Here's to 3 years, I love you more than ever!

In the Leafy Tree Tops

You probably wonder why I would take a picture of some trees and ladders.
Well, take a little closer look...
My parents have a wild cherry tree that we never have really picked the cherries off of because we never sprayed them.  That is until a couple of years ago.  This year Colby took it upon himself to climb the trees and pick the yummy fruit.  Love summer time.

Summer Nights

There is nothing better than summer time at dusk.  Right when the sun goes down and the heat finally lets up.
This was the sunset I enjoyed the other night.

2nd Annual Chalk Walk

After visiting the temple we went to the Gateway for our second year in a row to see the neat pics at the chalk festival.  They had some cool ones this year.  The theme was "Foster Parents are Super Hero's".
Here are some that we liked...

June Tradition

To honor our anniversary, we go to Draper to do sealings in June.  We love going back there.  It is a special place to us, and has many good memories.
I am glad my husband is mine forever.
