Conference

We got to go to regional conference in SLC.  Elder Holland and Pres Uchtdorf were the speakers, both Colby and I's favorites. Afterwards to avoid the crowds we enjoyed the grounds, and walked City Creek which was is all shut down for Sunday.

Lucky #7

Here is #7 on the Radmall side.  That makes Colby and I even for nieces and nephews.  Litterally 6 boys and 1 girl on his side, and 6 girls and 1 boy on my side making 7 and 7 in all.

Awards

The fact that Colby wasn't going to even go to school boggles my mind.  He has been so successful over these past few years and I am so proud. This year especially.  He has taken on 24 credit hours during ONE semester while also acting as Weber State's DECA president.
He was honored at an awards ceremony at Weber State

then later competed in DECA nationals here in Utah after winning first at State.
He got to hang out at ESA, the home of the Jazz, and we got to watch a game.... from the very top, but it was still fun.  And actually, we got to sit on the 13th row for a quarter because we ran into my brother and sister in law, and they were nice enough to share.
